I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for over 15+ years and have a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. I graduated Cum Laude and played football for the Panthers during my years at U.N.I. 

 When I started in the mortgage industry, I was a processor and within a short amount of time I was managing multiple processors and overseeing over 100 million/year in closed loans. I’ve been thru the ups and downs of the industry and worked thru a lot of challenging scenarios which gives me confidence that I can get thru anything that the process has to throw at us. It doesn’t happen often but when things do go wrong you need a loan officer that knows how to get you thru it and I’m someone you can trust to make things happen. I have grown my business thru a network of referrals and satisfied clients and now have my own team in place that is ready to help get you a great deal, provide you excellent customer service, and have you as a client for life. Our company is constantly monitoring which lenders have the best rates and products while at the same time selecting to work with the lenders that won’t delay the process or create ridiculous obstacles to overcome. 

 Growing up on a farm in Iowa taught me at a young age to be an honest and hard-working person. I know how important and urgent your questions are and go out of my way to make myself available to clients during regular work hours, nights, weekends and even holidays. It’s just part of what we do in this industry to be successful. I look forward to serving you with your next home purchase or to refinance you lower as rates hopefully start to go lower this year.
